The lesbian pride flag is an inclusive symbol not only for girls who love girls, but for anyone female-identified who loves other female-identified people, including transgender and nonbinary lesbians. There are many lesbian flags, but this one - the "sunset lesbian" flag - is the most inclusive, and possibly the most aesthetically pleasing too!
The sunset lesbian flag was created by Emily Gwen in 2016. A simpler five-stripe version also exists and is common, but the original seven-stripe version has the following color meanings:
Dark orange ~ gender non-conformity
Orange ~ independence
Light orange ~ community
White ~ unique relationships to womanhood
Pink ~ serenity and peace
Dusty rose ~ love and sex
Dark pink ~ femininity
